At the company I work at we have to go to a LOT of schools every week, and when we use the kiosk to sign in my one co-worker constantly gets flagged as another guy because they share the same name, but don't look alike (but the other guy is NOT someone you want at a school). So this is kind of the same problem but in reverse. We've never had an escalated issue with AI flagging (don't think schools we've been to have that sort of thing yet) but it's usually a couple minute holdup to sort out each time.
