the "it looks ugly" crowd worries me tbh. at first when ai genorators were new, everyone was making fun of them (bc it was bed), but as those models got better (by scraping more art) the general opinion of ai flipped. we need to be honest with ourself, its getting pretty hard to tell ai from real, and the people who were only against it bc it looked bad dont feel as negatively about ai, they just care they can have any picture they want in an instant without skimming through stock images or needing to commission an artist.
even if it didn't look bad, it's still immoral to use artworks without the artists'consent and compensation
