This question is everything. We're so busy debating whether AI CAN take jobs that nobody's asking what happens to the people it already has. There's a short film that shows the individual human cost of this - not at the macro economic level but at the personal level. A guy uses AI at work and loses everything. https://youtu.be/O5FFkHUdKyE When you zoom in from the economics to one person's story, it hits completely different.
