Maybe I’m out of the loop, but I really struggle to see this actually being financially profitable. You know how much money it takes to generate a single image? Even if it were perfect, if anyone finds out it’s AI, that’s it. There are musicians who get obliterated by listeners because they didn’t naturally gain a fan base. You think people are going to want fake stuff? Art is controlled by the masses. People don’t buy it, there’s no reason to make it. I know some people will, but my anecdotal experience is that 90% of people would refuse to consume art made by AI. It’s not if people find out a particular piece is AI. It’s when.
