Not the same field, but when it comes to programming, I remember hearing that some open source projects explicitly ban AI generated code because they consider the licensing situation problematic (AI is trained on code, code may be licensed in a way that affect any work based on it, what that means for code generated by the AI is an unknown last I heard about it). Different fields now have similar concerns thanks to AI, so I hope this sets a precedent.
