Its really a case of what your doing with it, personally I couldn't give two shits about the story behind an art piece, because most of the time if I'm looking for one it's for the purposes of representing an idea (usually a weird monster that my dnd party is fighting) or it has an actual function, And in those circumstances ai art is superior because of low cost, quick access and relative accuracy
