Sci-Fi fans don't need this report. We already know how bad AI can get. Books and movies about runaway AI do not paint a rosy picture. (Matrix, Terminator, Pantheon, Hyperion, war games) I could go on and on. But the point is we are a parasite on the land and the second the AI becomes self aware and interested in self preservation it could do anything in our interconnected world to stay alive and kill us.
