AI should only be used to help with the most daunting and dangerous or most tedious tasks. Some creeps out there have petabytes of images and videos of underaged children in unsavory videos and when they are caught it could sometimes take years to filter through all of those videos and can be very damaging to the mental psyche of detectives and social workers who have to sort through all of that. That’s something that could and absolutely should be done with AI. You know it’s bad when even the creator of ChatGPT has come out says that he regrets the Pandora’s box he has unleashed and that he is the biggest advocate for AI regulation. AI should be strictly regulated by the government, if not outright banned or kept at an exorbitantly high operating cost.
