I find the people who think AI "art" is better are often the same people that think higher number of frames = better animation. Like, these people genuinely do not understand what goes into art to make it look so good. An animation can be 8 frames per second and still look stunning. Cranking it up to 60 can actually make it look WORSE for a multitude of reasons including impact and timing.
The same goes for art in general. Just because you've literally stolen the style of famous artists does not mean you understand those artists and why their work evokes such powerful meaning.
