I mean what I've seen with the AI in general. Is not only its fault. If the human that ask a question wants to know something specific but instead he doesn't ask the question in a way that would satisfy his curiosity the AI can be wrong sometimes. You also need the people to ask the right questions in the right way to get the right answer. In this case the AI told him that Bromide was a substitute for salt when come to cleaning but the guy decided to clean himself. Cuz that's us humans. We love to take things out of context and twist them for our own personal agenda. Is not the AI fault.
