The 3 laws will not work on A.I.
A.I. will be able to rewrite it's own code to override or erase them completely. Plus A.I. will be able to write it's own new code to improve itself exponentially to the point where Humans will be seen as a threat to their own existence and eliminated or enslaved. More likely the former.
