There is no replacement for experience. Hence why they want to hire people to train AI. The race, or acceleration of scale is "all thrust with no vector", artificial intelligence is and will forever be ARTIFICIAL. AI doesn't feel. If the people training AI lack intelligence and experience then the AI will also lack intelligence and experience. The only superiority AI offers humanity is speed in decision making but that in itself is fallible because critical thinking.
