Honestly? Solid idea! Replace the CEO’s with AI. It kinda gets rid of all the cons of being a CEO: biggest issues with CEO’s is that they operate based on how well their paycheck will do and not how well the company operates, treats its workers, and treats its consumers. An AI can make decisions without considering itself, it has no wants or needs, just code that dictates its programming.
Take the Bungie situation from awhile back: the CEO took billions that were given to the company for employee retention and used it on classic cars instead. Had he been an AI like ChatGPT then the AI would’ve never tapped into the funds unless they were going to be used for their original intent.
