For each robot owned by a company, there has to be 1 equal job given to a human.
Each country must employ or pay employment to a minimum of 100% of it's citizen.
If people are fit to work and willing to work and gathered the necessary skills to work, they should be employed or paid the equivalent of their knowledge.
Are you a Junior fresh out of school? U get paid as if u were employed, and if u decide to keep practicing and skilling u'll receive a salary upgrade. If they choose to employ a robot over you, no problem, the robot works and they pay u from what the robot produces.
We are going towards the end of society as we know it and only if we, the people as a whole stand for our rights we will prevail. Otherwise we should learn how to survive on a bullshit UBI that barely covers for broken socks.
