The first safety feature AI companies should be required to provide is the ability to TURN OFF THE AI. For example, any bot that is free to walk around in the world, it must have an off switch, both a physical off switch, and a wireless off switch. Demonstrable for both the customer and law enforcement. Unable to be tampered with by the bot.
