I truly believe all world leaders need to prioritize having an AI division for social services. It’s not a tech issue. My concern is that AI is capable of making our lives immeasurably easier... by replacing human in various roles.
This role replacements need to be predicted, assessed and a division of government is needed for comfortably reconciling the social and economical implications for a peaceful transition.
There’s too much craziness and paranoia currently tossing itself around between people that don’t even know fundamental functions of AI.
This guy’s interesting. I haven’t seen his work but he seems pretty interesting.
