Customer service chatbots have made me more angry than ant person has in the last 15 years. They cannot solve problems that are unique to human experience and just kill all trust as they lie about their bhubaneswar and send you into 6 hour loops and all not have a problem a human could have gone in and made a choice in 30 seconds. Infuriating
