There is a documentary about deepfakes called "Another Body". It's really interesting and sometimes infuriating. The premise is that there is a girl who goes to college and she got a message from her friend with a link to her deepfaked p*rn. Police can't do anything because there is no physical harm done, so now she needs to do find this person herself. Her face in the film isn't hers, it's a face of an actress, so she could speak openly about it. She finds out who it was but there can't be anything done, because there are just no regulations on this. Dude is pretty succesfull in the industry.
Heartbreaking movie, but it's also on a real case that happened in 2021. It's been 3 years and still there are no regulations on this.
