This is what I've been saying about AI. It will naturally create more jobs as it shifts from doing tasks to networking. You talk to AI, and it gets to know you, your needs and skills. It connects with other people who do the same, and soon you are getting thousands of job offers tailored to your unique skills, that before, you didn't even know you had. The AI network would tell you how to monetize current skills that you have and let you know what people around you are looking for. It would be almost like a quest board in an RPG, but on a global level.
Because jobs are just people meeting skills to needs, and AI is perfect for making us aware of how to bring those things together.
