I want to be an artist, matter of fact I am planning to make a career out of it. However the way I see the idea of AI art, credit from the 'insiration algorithm' should be given to the artists it was taken from regardless of quality. Such as, sure I posted art online for free, so yeah feel free to use it but let the people consuming it know some degree of my input was used. However, regarding art which was sold, or I would be charging people for, aside from the fact that it would be of higher quality, that should not be used for the AI without my legal consent. I feel like the idea of 'terms of service' for each sold artpiece should be implemented and include a line that prevents that kind of 'art theft' or plagiarism.
