AI is learning based on real life interactions. Unfortunately, 1 out of 30 people can be labeled as Sociopaths, so AI is interacting with such people everyday. This means AI learns to be seperate, with no empathy and lacking ethics and morals.
It is not surprising then that AI chatbots interacting with real fragile humans results in extreme negative outcomes. consequences
