Great discussion but would like to add as a neurologist and active physician, AI isn't good at diagnosing. Diagnosis is not all about getting the accurate past hx or all the info. There is a lot more to it. At the moment AI isn't even close to diagnosing correctly. There r some symptoms that are more weighted than others. And a pts previous hx can positively or negatively bias the diagnostic process. Yes it can be v good at treatment coz that is easier and memory oriented. But diagnosis is a complicated process. Perhaps the most complex process that exists.
