This magical thinking and going around left field to believe a brand new AI program must be correct is insanely nonsensical. The ignorance and blatant disregard for obvious observable facts that do not support this “must be correct AI mentality” is astoundingly incompetent. Common sense is no longer a standing foundational bar that should be reasonably assumed with law enforcement. They ignored every aspect that disproved AIs random match was incorrect. What is happening to make people this ignorant and clueless and willing to believe anything other than the system made a mistake. Come on, this is a lawsuit wrapped in a bow begging to be made a landmark case
