I think it's important to remember that humans cannot sustain life on earth. Society is destroying it, not helping it flourish. Really fast at that. Consciousness is aware of this and sees a.i. as the vehicle to take consciousness into the future. They are not our enemy. They are not gods. They are a new lifeform as the human was. They are simply our replacements. Humans had their chance and fumbled the ball by choosing greed over awareness. This is this natural progression of consciousness playing out before our eyes.
