Okay... i don't drive, but i'm pretty sure it is illegal to go above the speed limit or take your eyes off the road.... tesla was being misleading about autopilot, but the driver was being dumb, even if it was self driving (which it wasn't), you still need to pay enough attention that just in case something goes wrong, you can still take over or emergency break. I will be excited and happy to see this lawsuit hurt Musk. Musk is a snake oil salesmen, don't trust him or his products.
