That pencil list test is just a bad test because of course the AI with billions of data points and an Internet connection can list more uses for a pencil. I looked up '100 uncommon ways to use a pencil' on Google and there were 2 completely different websites with 100 items each. It's not more creative then us by any means it's just that it has more ways to know stuff.
