I do support AI technology a lot. As an artist I get the best instrument ever made to create much more complex work in a much faster way. (for example now as never I am close to make my own cartoon, with my characters on MY OWN without any need of the help. It wasn't possible ever before). BUT the legal part is screwed completely in the tools. Using Artists name or artist oriented models should be ILLEGAL. If artist decide to teach their model and share it with the audience or sell it to clients it is only them who have the right to do so. There is a huge data set of art with expired copyrights that AI can use and still produce stunning result. But we need to deliver this to the governmental strustures. The laws should be written and regularized.
