Devil's advocate. Sabine has a few videos addressing the ideas of if the universe, or everything is conscious.
Panpsychism exists. So I'm not going to laugh at those saying GPT is "conscious" because we don't really understand it yet.
HOWEVER, we should use the term sentient instead of conscious when discussing AI.
