Money that transfers into corruption of power elites can go to some kind of UBI. Some says UBI is bad for economy. Well, so is corruption. Automation generates prosperity for all people. Machines require power source and no power source actually belong to any human being. Prosperity of automation belong to society, and not just corrupted political and economical power elites.
In future UBI is not privilege but necessity. Less and less jobs will be available and people will have to find a proper solution to avoid crises or even potential wars.
