After PETA sued some photographer on the behalf of a monkey that took a selfie it was found that non-humans don't actually have the right to copyright. So does artwork made by a machine fall under that ruling too? Would anything produced by AI technically be allowed to be used by anyone then? And if so does it really have the same value as real art when no one can own it?
