Here's the positive outcome we should target. AI will provide freedom to humans. Humans should be free to enjoy life and self improvement, not jobs. In order to make that happen, we need governments to redirect wealth and abundance to humans, humans (of all ages and capabilities) should be cherished.
Execution should be simple, enable corporations to flourish but require them to share their wealth and abundances. Any corporations that refuse should be outlawed. We should make this adjustment: corporations should not be taxed, they should be required to be part owned by the jurisdiction (city, state, country), this way the companies revenue remains large and it is sharing wealth with the government (people) in its jurisdiction. This simple change would convert this AI nightmare to a dream come true.
One last thought, AI is needed. Unaided mankind intelligence has limits. AI will help humans reach necessary higher levels of intelligence. Examples: cure for cancer, space travel beyond current limits of physical knowledge, etc.
