There should be laws and standards for AI but there currently really isn't any. If we don't want problems we need a structure put into place to mitigate the risks. That's why not everyone owns a rocket launcher or has a tank in their backyard. That's why it's illegal to have dynamite etc... We need to hurry our ass up and create protection for these things. But of course nothing ever happens.
