It's incredible and a bit sad to realize how right about pretty much everything Marx was about capitalism, and wrote his criticism all the way back in the 19th century. He predicted alienation and the commodification of human interaction before AI was even a thing he could've contemplated.
AI at its current state is primarily a vehicle to make you reliant on them for everything. Don't let it. Everytime you delegate to them and remove yourself from the process, you're letting them win and harming your own ability to do anything.
