its called prompt engineering and you can take entire training courses on it to teach you how to better utilize Large Language Models (LLMs ). I also recommend you take a beginner course on what LLMs like chat GPT actually are and how they work; that will also help you understand them and utilize them better. they are probability engines not fact machines. most of the time the better trained more mature ones like Chat GPT do a good job but there is no guarantee you will always get accurate data from and LLM.
