Just pay it with a tax over automation. For every tool replacing a human job, the company should pay at least as much taxes as they would if they were paying salaries. Combine that with a reduction of working hours, such that each human job has to be done by two or three peopIe instead of one. It would still be cheaper for companies, and we could make it work for everyone
