I mean the biggest problem is therapy inaccessiblity ,mentality and convenience like in asain and many countries emotional are suppressed and not letting emotions out is seen as toughness while showing emotional needs is consider weakness and there aren't many therapy places and most of them focuses on severe things like trauma etc and yapping about day to day things isn't reasonable for therapy session and cost ai is free while therapy is not also u have to drive minimum 2-5 miles just to reach therapy sometimes more IMO i think that if u just wanna yap about day to day thing and seeking mild advices go with ai but if u need a professional help go with therapy because an ai can replicate emotions only a human and fix a human
