If you took a photo but did not select aperture, shutter time, focus or colour balance it is still your photo(modern camera). If you took a photo that was actually a 3second video that was edited according to an algorithm out of the control of the photographer you still own that photo. If you ask a database built on the stolen artworks of millions of artists to generate an image to your specifications you do not own it unless you edit it in software such as Photoshop that will use that new artwork to feed the algorithm.
