what do you think of artists saying not to give ai art attention, engagement, or "fanart" like this, or the one with the flowers that also went viral? I see why ai art can be 'up for grabs' by proxy of inspo, at least with the intent of showing the ai 'what real art looks like' (i.e. my take away of this video!), or taking something stolen "back for artists", but does that alone grant it some sort of added legitimacy in the art conversation? and i kind of agree that i don't want to give it attention ;;
