As with every other technological advancement since the invention of books, we will look back on AI panic and ridicule the imagination of those who thought it was terrifying and apocalyptic. Like seriously the mental gymnastics you have to do to come up with a reason why AI therapists are a bad thing. Now think of the non-zero number of underprivileged depressed people who will commit suicide because you told them not to use AI therapists. Your alarmist propaganda will LITERALLY lead to avoidable deaths. Congrats.
