Yes the world and its economy is changing again. This revolution is like the invention of steam power and gasoline cars and the invention of the printing press all rolled into one. It will most likely end with the end of Capitalism since scarcity of goods and services is essential to even have a market. There is no market for air because it is so abundant it is free. The same will occur with full robotic labor. If AI and robotics ultimately eliminate scarcity then they eliminate Capitalism with it.
Then who cares if Musk is richer on paper? If stuff is so cheap that it's virtually free then govts can, and will, just give it away. In fact govts will be the only driving force once Capitalism collapses.... thus the rise of Socialism.
Denying this future by stopping AI and robotics from replacing limited human labor, artificially keeps the cost of goods and services out of the reach of much of the world's population and guarantees poverty. Do we really want to keep the scarcity system we have now that allows that to happen? A Brave New World awaits.
