Morality.
Morality regulates society. You don't need politicians or regulation when you have Morality. We are so far from God that Morality is scoffed. In no way is AI benefiting man. This man is evil. His conversation is patronizing his audience and God. He knows how deadly the lion is, but released it to the world anyway in hopes it won't kill everyone and will eventually be controlled. Regardless humans are not needed for the elite to survive. They just need maintenance men to repair it.
