This video is clickbait. AI has infinite amounts of safeguards in place to prevent it from becoming murderous, including kill switched embedded in its source code (which the AI cannot adapt) that will shut down the system if the violence was not commanded of the AI. Also, AI is just a simulation, it does not have the ability to crave power unless that craving is coded into it. AI systems have to be specifically manufactured to commit genocide. Any (innocent) deaths that are caused by AI are almost always due to human error or system glitches that cause the AI to tweak harder then me on a Monday morning.
