Unfortunately those of us who make hiring decisions need some sort of automated help because of automation on the other side of this. Neither I, nor my recruiters have time to look through 100 applications to the same position. My job postings tend to be pretty specialized, which keeps it reasonable for higher level positions. About 10% of resumes are worth considering. But for entry level positions? EN EL NOMBRE DE TODO LO QUE SEA SANTO!!!! No, I'm not looking through 100 resumes or more to find that one who might be worth interviewing. So I just don't post for entry level positions.
