I honestly wouldn't be mad... I hope GPT-4o *does* take over customer service. *Between Amazon & Verizon's live chat c.s... I've spent more with agents disconnecting & passing me onto the next rep (rinse & repeat), longer than my iPhones total screen active time!* I can't tell you how many screenshots I have of agents lying right to my face so they can let the next agent deal with it!
