Everyone’s talking about “AI taking our jobs,” but nobody’s mentioning the political side.
After Trump revoked Biden’s AI safety order, he replaced it with a policy that removes most federal oversight and gives full freedom to big tech. The U.S. is already basically an oligarchy. Big tech throws money at Trump, and he turns around and kills the only real AI safety rules US had. It’s not just AI itself, it’s the fact that the government stepped aside and let a few giant corporations run the whole thing.
