13:32 The thing about real art is that there are different mediums, & ways to create art within a medium. Like anyone able-bodied, some mediums, tools & styles might not be for us. Like anyone able-bodied, we might be disappointed when something we admire isn't our strong-suit, but we can move on & find alternatives, or in some cases, choose to keep at it despite the differences.
In my case, most blind folk prefer tactile, audio, or literary mediums, but some still enjoy making visual art, regardless of how well they can see what they're making (or their references). While I can't speak for people without hands who wish to draw/paint, there are other body parts, & tools other than pens/brushes. Even tools not meant for painting. It's super common for artists to play with new ways to use paint, crayons, etc. That's the spirit of art.
*Conclusion:* Using AI because you feel limited from one option isn't much different from using it because you suck at an art style, imo. Besides, AI can't capture anything we imagine, the way we imagine (or would've otherwise expressed) it.
