One thing AI is never going to have is the humanity. Not sure who hates to talk to AI in the phone when calling customer service like me. However intelligent AI gets, they are not a part of our community and they won't replace us. AI should be kept behind the scenes like all the other technologies, as a tool, because it is not human.
