I'm discovering that there is apparently a legitimate segment of society that does not understand art beyond the aesthetics. If people are posting these garbage Studio Ghibli generations and think they are getting something on the same level as a Studio Ghibli FILM, they are truly lost. The aesthetic is like, at best, half of what makes art. The other half is intent and meaning, which AI simply can not do and will never be able to do. AI has no intent and no reason for doing anything. It makes one feel nothing. A child's stick figure drawing has more meaning and purpose than any AI-generated greg-rutkowski-lookalike image or whatever.
