With 99% unemployment the world economy collapses and ALL companies go bankrupt, so there are no more billionaires. Musk can't sell self-driving cars because nobody can afford them.
That is unless we are all receiving benefits that are as high as today's average salary. The real question is how is this organised? What does the political system look like, and who owns the companies that produce? Capitalism simply won't work in a world where there is no demand.
