Its the lack of protection that the customer has with counter assistants that cant even be trusted in the banks and other outlets eg gambling with the phone scammers. I dont think its on when everything such as transactions or online are fraught with rip offs and why what used to be taken as a nothing type of action parking the car or paying for your shopping and throwing out the rubbish are the biggest hassles of all.
